Free shipping on all orders $349.99 or more. Flat rate shipping is $39.99 or $29.99 within Florida. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We ship with heavy-duty bags and insulated boxes that are temperature controlled with heat or ice packs depending on weather.

All coral shipments are shipped using UPS or FedEx priority overnight shipping, and normally arrive before 12:00PM. Alien Reef is not responsible for carrier or weather delays that may cause the shipment to arrive late.
Orders canceled before being shipped can be refunded however, you will be refunded your order amount minus the 3%-6% processing fee that we are charged. A refund can take 7-10 business days to appear on your account. Once an order is shipped it cannot be canceled.

Once an order has been paid for we will hold corals for a maximum of 7 days.

We are not responsible for errors in acclimation and general coral care (lighting, temperature, water chemistry). If you have any questions or need advice contact us here. 

We guarantee all livestock to arrive alive and as described. In the event of a DOA (dead on arrival), an email will need to be sent to us within 2 hours of the carriers posted delivery time at alienreefcs@gmail.com.

The Email must include a picture of the affected coral. Do not throw away any corals, we may ask for more pictures.

In the event that a buyer does not contact Alien Reef in the specified 2 hour time frame, Alien Reef reserves the right to decline DOA coverage.

Alien Reef will not cover any DOA due to carrier or weather causing shipping delays.
We will always do our best to work with our customers to come to a fair solution.

Once a DOA is approved you will receive a credit towards a future order that must be used within 90 days.
